Dr. Parikh has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a PhD in Management. He is a co-founder of the World Business Academy (USA); Member of the Board of Governors of the Asian Institute of Management (Manila); Founding President of the Centre for Executive Renewal (Switzerland) and Managing Trustee of the Education Foundation of India.

He is a guest speaker at Mannaz and has been and still is a guest speaker at several multinational corporations, such as Ambrosetti, Accenture, Aventis, ExxonMobil, Gerling, IBM, ING Bank, KPMG, L’Oréal, Lufthansa, Microsoft, Nokia, Novartis, Phillips, Scancem-Heidelberger, Schneider Electric, SEB, Swiss Life, Swiss Reinsurance, UBS and Weinerberger.

Dr. Parikh is the author of “Managing Your Self: Management by Detached Involvement”; “Managing Relationships: Making a Life While Making a Living”;lead-author of “Intuition: The New Frontier of Management”; and co-author of “Beyond Leadership: Balancing Economics, Ethics and Ecology”.
