Allan D. Kleiner is head of Allan Kleiner Construction which specializes in forensic construction consulting.
Allan’s education includes Associate of Arts, Biology, El Camino College, Torrance, California and Bachelor of Science, Business Management, California State University Long Beach.
His licenses and affiliations include California State License Board (General Contractor) Since 1989; International Code Council; Los Angeles County Bar Association; Los Angeles County Bar Association Dispute Resolution Services; Forensic Expert Witness Association: President, San Diego Chapter; and Member FEWA National Board of Directors.

Allan’s continuing involvement in the TAP program along with the Forensic Expert Witness Association’s CLE training goes to his intent to provide the highest possible Forensic Consulting.
