Pardon The Disruption highlights the exponential advances in technology that have disrupted the legal system and the economy over time — but those changes will pale in comparison to what is about to occur. The book is written in two parts: the first part discusses the effect — past and projected future — on the legal system; the second part, on the economy. The two come together in a conclusive scenario that changes everything.
 
Clay was previously Assistant DA at the District Attorney’s Office of Harris County, Texas.
 
Clay earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin in 1977. He earned his J.D. at the University of Houston in 1981 and studied Strategic Foresight at the University of Houston in 2010.
