Dr. Ian C. E. Hale

Ian C. E. Hale, MA, Ph.D., AC, FCIS is Founder and CEO of Kognos Images and Social Outlook.
 
Social Outlook has been designed as the ultimate one-stop network for professional, commercial, and scientific groups, as well as for individual members.
 
Ian is from Bristol, England and is a trained laboratory chemist and has continued science since childhood, leading to his support of H+. He is also a specialist consultant and writer on Autism and Asperger’s and the author of many papers and a forthcoming book (which touches on H+).
 
Ian earned his BA (Honors) in Cultural Studies (English and History) at the University of Portsmouth. He earned his M.A. in Professional Education Studies at Bath Spa University in 2008. He received his Ph.D. (H.C.) in Humanitas at UNESCO in 2006.
