Professor Bernard H. Levin

Bernard H. Levin, Ed.D. is Professor of Psychology and Department Head of Psychology, Blue Ridge Community College in Weyers Cave, Virginia.
 
Bud is a member of the American Psychological Society, founding board member of the Blue Ridge Criminal Justice Board, vice chairman of the FBI/PFI Futures Working Group, life member of the Society of Police Futurists International, member of Traffic Law Enforcement Committee of the Transportation Research Board, National Research Council, past president and life member of Virginia Association of Criminal Justice Educators, member of Virginia Polygraph Examiners Advisory Board, past president and life member of Virginia Social Science Association, commander of the Waynesboro (VA) Police Department’s Policy and Planning Bureau, and member of the World Future Society.

Bud earned his B.A. in Psychology at Temple University in 1968, his M.S. in Psychology at North Carolina State University in 1970, his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Education (Junior and Community College) at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1983, and his Ed.D. (Curriculum and Instruction) at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1985.
