Dr. Ines O’Donovan

Ines O’Donovan, Ph.D., MBA is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Jeunessima Magazine, the world’s premier Lifestyle Company for busy women over 40 who really want to enjoy life every day by improving their health, slowing aging, boosting happiness, and longevity potential.

Previously known as the Forever Young Magazine, Jeunessima Magazine is the ultimate source for Inspiration, Rejuvenation, Holistic Antiaging, Fitness, Nutrition, Health & Wellness, Beauty & Style, Sex & Relationships, and an Ageless Mindset with articles, videos, workouts, recipes, meditations, and lifestyle tips.

Ines is always looking out for and testing the latest technologies, products, and approaches in health, antiaging, biohacking, and BioFinesse, a term Ines has coined translating the most effective techniques into simple ways that can easily be integrated into daily life.

Previously, as the Forever Young Coach, Ines helped Business Women to think, feel, act, and look young at any age to attract clients and boost their business so that they can make a real impact in the world. She provided Rejuvenation, Anti-Aging Coaching, and Retreats among others.

Before starting with her magazine and coaching in 2014, Ines was the Editor-In-Chief of the International Journal of Mentoring and Coaching published by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. The journal is one of the leading publications in the area of Mentoring and Coaching. It unites research and practice, making it a must-read for anybody involved in Mentoring or Coaching. It is also for those who work in Leadership and Management and its Development and Human Resources.

Between 2011 and 2013, Ines was the Director and Founder at Alamundo, The International Magnetic Business Academy. Before, she was an MBA Lecturer on Coaching and Mentoring for Leadership and Management at the London School of Business & Finance (LSBF), a Lecturer at EDHEC, and Mentoring Program Leader for the European Professional Women’s Network in Nice, France and around Europe for almost five years, between 2006 and 2011.

Ines earned her Ph.D. in 2012 with a specialization in Management Learning and Leadership at Lancaster University. Her research topic was What is employee engagement … really. And what are the Behaviours of a Leader to create and maintain high engagement?

She earned her MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Technology from the Theseus International Management Institute in 2002. In 1998, Ines earned her Diploma in Business Administration of Marketing and International Management from the Berlin University of Technology and Economics (University of Applied Sciences), and in 1994, she earned her title of Methodologist in Business Communication at the Technical School for Advertising and Design Berlin.

In her early days working, Ines was Software Developer at Deutsche Reichsbahn between 1988 and 1991, where she did Programming in COBOL and dBase and worked as Project Manager and converted software to new standards.

For a short time, she was a Product Manager at Bondy Productions before she became a Marketing Consultant between 1995 and 1998 on all the things involving the integration and use of the new marketing platform called the Internet. She consulted Compaq EMEA, Microsoft Deutschland, Intel, Novell, Lexmark Fast Electronics, all over Germany. She became an Internet and Event Manager at Siebel Systems Deutschland in 1998, and in 1999 she became the Business Development Director at VitaGo and eCircle, an E-Commerce Startup that was, at the time, listed as one of the top 25 startups in Germany.
