Leisa Glispy,
MBA is a
Global eCommerce Marketing Executive and Social Media Strategist.
Leisa has over 11 years experience in the online space
developing
International eCommerce and Online Marketing programs with
a specialization in
the luxury goods industry.
She is also a Certified Website Usability Analyst (CUA) with hands-on
experience
managing Global eCommerce Operations, implementing Online Customer
Acquisition & Retention Marketing programs, developing Web Merchandising
programs and improving the Online Customer Experience.
Leisa has experience managing complex B2C and B2B eCommerce and
Interactive
Marketing programs for Multi-Channel Retailers and Global Fortune 500
manufacturing companies with full P&L accountability.
At WWRD, I led global eCommerce efforts for the Waterford Crystal,
Wedgwood and Royal Doulton family of brands.
Her most recent project was the launch of a new multi-branded eCommerce
platform with full site redesign for the Waterford Crystal, Wedgwood,
and
Royal Doulton brands. The project streamlined the online customer
experience, improved Online Merchandising and integrated the luxury
brand aesthetic.
Her prior experience includes eCommerce Marketing and Sales for luxury
and
premium brands including Armstrong Flooring, ADT Premier, and cataloger
and
Internet Retail 500 site Levenger.com. She has fashion sales experience
at
Bergdorf Goodman and fashion publishing experience at ELLE and ELLE
Decor Magazines.
Leisa earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology at the
University of Florida in 1987. She earned her CUA (Certified Usability
Analyst) at Human Factors International in 2004.
She earned her MBA at the New York Institute of Technology – Ellis
College in 2008.
