Advisory Board

Robin Mansukhani

Robin Mansukhani is CEO and Cofounder of Deciduous Therapeutics, a venture-backed startup developing novel immunotherapies to treat age-related diseases, and Cofounder and Board Member at BlueStamp Engineering.

At Deciduous Therapeutics, they have discovered novel molecules that can activate a critical endogenous immune surveillance mechanism to selectively remove senescent cells and thereby treat several classes of age-related diseases. Due to a failure in immune surveillance, senescent cells accumulate and impact their local environment by inducing inflammation and promoting extracellular matrix remodeling. Therefore, enabling the removal of senescent cells dramatically ameliorates disease pathologies in many age-related diseases, leading to overall improvements in health-span. Watch Robin Mansukhani — CEO of Deciduous Therapeutics and Robin Mansukhani at Rejuvenation Startup Summit 2022.

Robin cofounded BlueStamp Engineering (BSE) in 2011. It is a summer program for advanced high school students to build various engineering projects from concept to working prototype. The intensive, project-based engineering program for high school students is available in New York City, San Francisco, and Palo Alto. He also serves as a mentor for the Thiel Fellowship (20 under 20).

He has been an advisor to several early-stage biotech companies in the Aging and CNS space including Therini Bio and Reservoir Neurosciences.

Previously, between 2011 and 2017, Robin cofounded and served as President and CEO of Alzeca Biosciences, a diagnostic imaging company for Alzheimer’s and CNS disorders, developing novel diagnostic technologies for the early detection of Alzheimer’s Disease. The company was founded in 2011 based on collaborative research efforts between the University of Texas and the University of Houston. They were backed by the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation and an NIH Direct to Phase 2 Grant.

In April 2008, Robin Founded Cense Bioscience and was its Vice President. Cense Biosciences was developing a novel insulin technology, Briodurance, to more effectively treat type I and type II diabetes with a once a day injectable dosage.

Robin has been an invited keynote speaker both domestically and abroad, including at TEDx, World Alliance Forum, Abundance Platinum, the Age-Related Disease Therapeutics Summit, and at the Rejuvenation Startup Summit 2022. Robin has also served as Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) in 2010 at NYU’s Stern School of Business in the “Foundations of Entrepreneurship” course, an MBA-level course designed to introduce early-stage entrepreneurship.

Previously, he worked in early-stage venture capital at The Maple Fund and investment banking at Axiom Capital between 2007 and 2009.

In 2006, he was Cofounder of Azano Pharmaceuticals in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Azano was a spin-out from the University of New Mexico focused on the treatment of lupus as it relates to kidney disease.

Robin earned his Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Biochemistry from Case Western Reserve University in 2005 where he served a term in AmeriCorps, teaching health and literacy to disadvantaged youth. Robin is also a member of the Longevity Biotechnology Association.
