Stefania Schino, M.A.

Stefania Schino, M.A. is Innovation Consultant, Project Manager, Grant Writer, and Fundraiser expert. She has more than 10 years of experience in grant writing on A.I., Materials, Precision Agriculture, Circular Economy, Recycling, Biotech, Health, Robotics, Green Infrastructures, science and technologies for life extension, and Environment among others.

Stefania has as well been a team member of BioViva, a company dedicated to improving healthy human longevity through bioinformatics, and FoodFutureCo, a scale-up accelerator for small established companies that provide unique products and solutions across their food system. She is working as a project manager and public funding expert.

Stefania earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Bari University of Economics in Italy.

She began her career as an Accounting Manager by assisting companies in raising capital from private investors.

Stefania then joined Opera 77, a company involved in grant writing services and shifted her career to Research funding from European Community funds, focusing on Innovation.

Since 2013, she has been working as Business Development Consultant and Grant Writer. Her expertise is in European public funding, under the Horizon 2020 program, as well as national and regional grants.

Stefania helped many companies, profit and nonprofits to obtain funding from the European Funding Program, the SBIR and STTR programs (USA), Innovate UK (UK), and private donors and foundations, contributing to supporting innovative ideas and projects aiming at positively impact the world and our society as a whole.

Since 2017 she has been the Director of Grants Management at Carboncopies working collaboratively as part of a cross-functional, system-wide team to identify, research, and recommend funding opportunities.

In 2018, she joined Cresco Innovation as a Grant Writer, where she worked on Grant proposal writing under the program Horizon 2020.

Since January 2019 she has been an European Partner with InvVal Capital, Mexico City Area. She is Leader of European Projects and the Representation’s Office in Europe. She works on Investor Relations between European and Mexican projects, Expansion Strategy and Alliances.

Stefania is also a figurative artist and painter.
