Yul Anderson, M.Ed. is Director of the 11th Judicial Circuit Court.
 
Yul is Director Of Administrative Services at the 11th Judicial Circuit Court, Florida and President and Founder of the African American Future Society.
 
Yul is also working with African leaders, historians, and the U.S. Census Department to develop economic indicators for African American and African Future economic and social development.
 
His specialties include African American African development, international development, consulting, NGO capacity building, fund development, organizational development, government financial accounting systems, and public administration.
 
Yul was previously Manager at Alachua County BOCC, Florida; Government Relations/Business Development Manager at Triple DJ Saw Cutting and Cores/Innovative Construction Enterprises, LLC; Internal Auditor at Hartfield-Jackson International Airport; Supervisor of Accounting Services at Florida Department of Revenue; Director of Tax Policy at City of Boston; Director, Bureau of Financial Systems at City of New York; and Senior Budget Analyst at Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
 
Yul earned his B.A. in Film/Educational Technology at Dartmouth College in 1983 and his M.Ed. in Educational Technology/Future Studies at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1986.
