How Artificial Meat Changed The Meat Industry — Future Meat Technologies

The first artificial Lab-Grown Meats have recently gotten into stores and markets for everyone to buy and eat. But until now, those meats were largely just chicken nuggets or similar types of meat. But with Future Meat Technologies’ latest crazy invention, this has changed. They managed to create a system that actually involves Artificial Intelligence, which grows almost 5,000 fully-fledged hamburgers a day without the environmental impact or regular food and meat.

Cultured meat is meat produced by in vitro cell cultures of animal cells (as opposed to meat obtained from animals). It is a form of cellular agriculture.
Cultured meat is produced using many of the same tissue engineering techniques traditionally used in regenerative medicines. It’s also occasionally called lab grown meat.

A Self-Operating Time Crystal Model of the Human Brain: Can We Replace Entire Brain Hardware with a 3D Fractal Architecture of Clocks Alone?

So there is no practical application of Time Crystal for human cells?

Time crystal was conceived in the 1970s as an autonomous engine made of only clocks to explain the life-like features of a virus. Later, time crystal was extended to living cells like neurons. The brain controls most biological clocks that regenerate the living cells continuously. Most cognitive tasks and learning in the brain run by periodic clock-like oscillations. Can we integrate all cognitive tasks in terms of running clocks of the hardware? Since the existing concept of time crystal has only one clock with a singularity point, we generalize the basic idea of time crystal so that we could bond many clocks in a 3D architecture. Harvesting inside phase singularity is the key. Since clocks reset continuously in the brain–body system, during reset, other clocks take over. So, we insert clock architecture inside singularity resembling brain components bottom-up and top-down.

“More Life Into a Time Without Boundaries.” Jeanette Winterson Considers the Bigger Picture of AI

In 2009—four years after it was published—I read Ray Kurzweil’s The Singularity Is Near. It is an optimistic view of the future—a future that depends on computational technology. A future of superintelligent machines. It is also a future where humans will transcend our present biological limits.

I had to read the book twice—once for the sense and once for the detail.

After that, just for my own interest, year-in, year-out, I started to track this future; that meant a weekly read through New Scientist, Wired, the excellent technology pieces in the New York Times and the Atlantic, as well as following the money via the Economist and Financial Times. I picked up any new science and tech books that came out, but it wasn’t enough for me. I felt I wasn’t seeing the bigger picture.

Ray Kurzweil — Immortality by 2045

Ray Kurzweil — Singularitarian Immortalist, Director of Engineering at Google, famous inventor, author of How to Create a Mind http://GF2045.com/speakers/.

A world-class prolific inventor and leading futurist author, “the restless genius” (Wall Street Journal) points to 2045 for the technological singularity when A.I. will surpass human intelligence in his New York Times best seller The Singularity is Near, Amazon’s #1 book in science and philosophy.

In this video Ray Kurzweil discusses his predictions about radical life extension, singularity, life expansion and the imminence of physical immortality. He invites participants to the second international Global Future 2045 congress (June 2013) http://www.GF2045.com.

“If we have radical life extension only, we would get profoundly bored, we’d have profound existential ennui, running out of things to do, and new ideas, but that’s not what’s going to happen. In addition to radical life extension, we’re going to have radical life expansion, we’re going to have millions of virtual environments to explore, we’re going to literally expand our brains.”

“We’ll be routinely able to change our bodies very quickly, as well as our environments in virtual reality, but it will feel very real. We’ll ultimately be able to do that with real reality too, like self-organizing swarms of nanobots that can link themselves up into a virtual body.” says Ray Kurzweil.

How You Will Live to 200 Years — New Longevity Technologies

I hope we get the hologram interfaces depicted too.

It’s becoming clear that aging is just as curable as other diseases such as the cold or a broken bone. Advancements in biotechnology now allow for targeted gene therapy and supplements to be invented that can both stop aging and even reverse the aging process through new Longevity Technology. The field of Longevity has expanded and evolved a lot during the past few years and have invented new treatments for diseases of old people which could increase the average lifespan of people by a ton according to the leading scientists such as David Sinclair and Aubrey De Grey. Anti Aging Supplements such as Metformin and NAD+, NMN are just the start.

Former Google Exec Warns That AI Researchers Are “Creating God”

According to a former Google executive, the singularity is coming. And, what’s more, he says that it poses a major threat to humanity.

Mo Gawdat, formerly the Chief Business Officer for Google’s moonshot organization, which was called Google X at the time, issued his warning in a new interview with The Times. In it, he said that he believes that artificial general intelligence (AGI), the sort of all-powerful, sentient AI seen in science fiction like Skynet from “The Terminator,” is inevitable — and that once it’s here, humanity may very well find itself staring down an apocalypse brought forth by godlike machines.

Gawdat told The Times that he had his frightening revelation while working with AI developers at Google X who were building robot arms capable of finding and picking up a small ball. After a period of slow progress, Gawdat said that one arm grabbed the ball and seemed to hold it up to the researchers in a gesture that, to him, seemed like it was showing off.

Where Do We Fit in the Cosmic Scheme and Where Are We Headed?

Topological quantum computing is probably one of the most promising fields of the future which would greatly boost machine learning that already employs combined elements of cognitive, evolutionary and neuromorphic engineering. Post-singularity artificial superintelligence could have complete access to their own source code — a level of self-awareness presently beyond human capability. That would allow the post-singularity syntelligence to create myriad virtual worlds right out of its own superimagination. We can’t completely rule out a possibility that we’re part of that simulated reality right now. At the same time, we ourselves are moving towards the point of Theogenesis where we can rightly call ourselves cybergods.

We are moving towards the point of Theogenesis – engineering our own godhood, self-divinization – where we can rightly call ourselves cybergods.

“Having invented the gods, perhaps we can turn into them.”
–Alan Harrington, The Immortalist.

Whereas the level of our posthuman syntelligence may be trillions upon trillions of times more powerful than it is today, nothing will prevent it to expand both in outer space and inner space. Isn’t it the nature of intelligence to acquire the ultimate knowledge — everything that can be known? A number of prominent physicists argue that the Technological Singularity is inevitable and the destiny of our Syntellect is to live forever, expand universally and finally reach the networked mind of universal proportions, living conscious universal superbeing.

If we extrapolate the past and current trends in increasing complexity and integration of self-aware neural networks leading to the Syntellect, we can ultimately envision a superintelligent entity encompassing our entire Universe, creating an infinite number of simulated universes, as well as many other spectacular emergent features. This picture bears a striking resemblance to the familiar concept of an immortal, omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent, and omnibenevolent entity. Spiritually inclined rationalists may view this ongoing evolutionary process as one of ‘Theogenesis’. An interesting question is whether it has already happened elsewhere. We are now laying the foundation for the cognitive architecture of the Universal Mind. Many of our achievements in information engineering may persist forever and eventually become parts of the internal architecture of “God.”
